Marieta – History and Heritage at Heart

 

Marieta is well known as a presenter and content creator for London’s Royal Docks and The Thames Festival, hosting live events, short documentaries, video content and fronting and producing a Podcast series. (You can listen to the Royal Docks History Club Podcast here)

In September 2020, Marieta was the host for London's Newham official commemorations of the 80th Anniversary of the start of the London Blitz.

 

Other work in this area include collaborations with the Museum of Youth Culture, Newham Heritage Month, East London Radio as well as writing History pieces for local publications including the Newham Recorder.
